CONSULTANT has been going to film festivals including the top 10 like Cannes Film Festival held in France since 2010 almost regularly. He started Film Festival Consultancy to elevate the experience of people attending these film-festivals including Berlin, Cannes, Venice, Locarno, Toronto more effectively.
CLIENT wants to attend the film-festival as specified in the agreement.
CLIENT is absolutely clear that he/she can attend the Film Festival on his/her own by applying and paying the accreditation fees directly to the film-festival on their official website.
CLIENT explicitly states through this Agreement that he/she wants guidance from CONSULTANT to attend the aforesaid Film Festival for which CLIENT is taking the services of the CONSULTANT.
This Agreement shall come into force from the date of signing the Agreement and shall stand valid henceforth.
The parties agree that any or all parts of this agreement may be submitted to the other party in legible and recordable electronic form and upon acknowledgement of receipt by the receiving party shall become valid parts of the agreement according to terms stated here:
Whereas for the consideration of Film Festival Consultancy Fees BOTH PARTIES hereby acknowledge as CONFIRMED the following terms & conditions
FILM FESTIVAL PARTICIPATION:
CLIENT has already been informed by the CONSULTANT both verbally and in this agreement that he/she can attend the aforesaid Film Festival on his/her own by paying the accreditation fees on the official websites of the film festival
CLIENT explicitly states that he/she wants to take the help of the CONSULTANT and his services which are independent and in no way related to any of the film-festivals. The CLIENT is paying the below mentioned package amount and in return taking inclusions in that package amount to attend the film-festival.
CLIENT is clear and understands in full that Accreditation and Ticket for Red Carpet screenings is NOT GUARANTEED AND DEPENDS ON APPROVAL & AVAILABILITY FROM THE FILM-FESTIVAL, THE FILM-FESTIVAL WEBSITE AND TICKET BOOKING SYSTEM OF THE FILM-FESTIVAL
ACCREDITATION
CLIENT has been told both verbally and through this AGREEMENT by the CONSULTANT and CLIENT understands clearly that the Accreditation is subject to clients’ activity and engagement in film and entertainment industry detailed on the official website of the film festival
VISA:
CLIENT has been told both verbally and through this AGREEMENT by the CONSULTANT and CLIENT understands clearly, that Film Festival may issue Letter for Visa to assist in the visa process. Though, just like, the Film-Festival does not guarantee and take any responsibility for the grant of Visa by the Embassy; similarly, CONSULTANT also does not guarantee and/or take any responsibility for the grant of Visa by the Embassy. CLIENT undertakes to submit all the papers and documents that are required by the Embassy for the grant of Visa.
Visa fees and Visa expenses are extra to be paid by the CLIENT directly to the Embassy, and are not included in the package amount offered by the CONSULTANT.
DENIAL OF VISA SICKNESS, DEATH:
In case visa is denied by the Embassy to the CLIENT, CLIENT falls sick or death of either party which results in CLIENT not being able to attend the Film Festival - all payments made by the CLIENT to the CONSULTANT will be treated as full and final payment to CONSULTANT; there are absolutely no refunds.
REFUNDS:
As already stated there are absolutely no refunds under any circumstances to CLIENT
IF EITHER THE ACCREDITATION, VISA IS DENIED THE CLIENT GETS A SET OF DELIVERABLES IN INDIA DETAILED ON THIS LANDING PAGE
By signing this agreement CLIENT undertakes that he/she has done due diligence on his/her part on the CONSULTANT; seen the websites of the CONSULTANT and googled AMIT R AGARWAL the name used by Amit Kumar Agarwal for his artistic work and CLIENT wants to take the services of the CONSULTANT for the Film Festival
EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION CLAUSE:
Each of the parties to this Agreement, CONSULTANT and CLIENT irrevocably agree that ONLY the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, INDIA; shall have Exclusive Jurisdiction to hear and decide any suit, action or proceedings, and/or to settle any disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement or its formation or validity.
